I'm a small, small business and I want to do the best I can.  Your insights can help me do this.  Please share with me any concerns you may have had about your purchase or the pieces you bought.  And of course, if you are pleased I would really love to hear that too. 

When I am gifted with someone's reaction to my work, let me tell you!  It makes my day, I tell my Dad about it and if it's alright with you I will share it on my site.  I think this helps me stay motivated and it let's potential customers feel better about working with me. 

I really appreciate knowing how I am doing.
